15-20 mmHgGraduated compression

How much compression? All TheraWear socks are 15-20 mmHg

Every pair of TheraWear compression socks delivers 15-20 mmHg of graduated compression, a light-to-moderate level and the most widely recommended strength for everyday wear. Graduated means the socks are firmest at the ankle and gently ease off up the leg, helping your circulation move blood back toward the heart to reduce swelling, aching and tired, heavy legs.

15-20 mmHg is the sweet spot for daily support: strong enough to make a real difference, gentle enough to wear comfortably all day, and available without a prescription.

Great for
Nurses & on-your-feet jobs Travel & long-haul flights Pregnancy Mild swelling & tired legs Sport & recovery Everyday wear
Because all our socks are a single, consistent 15-20 mmHg, there's no compression level to choose. Just pick your size below using your ankle and calf measurements. If you've been advised to use higher medical-grade compression (20-30 mmHg or above), please check with your doctor first.
