How to pick your size
- Measure your calf at its widest point and your ankle at its narrowest point, just above the ankle bone, ideally in the morning.
- Find the size that matches your calf, then check your ankle sits in the same column.
- If your calf and ankle point to different sizes, or you're right on the line between two, go up a size.
- Shoe size is a rough guide only. If yours falls in two sizes, go by your measurements.
- 3XL to 6XL are for wider calves. 3XL and 4XL share an ankle range, as do 5XL and 6XL, so choose these by your calf.

TheraWear compression socks combine genuine graduated support with comfort that lasts the whole day. The graduated 15-20mmHg knit is firmest at the ankle and eases up towards the knee, helping move blood back towards the heart, improve circulation and ease the fatigue and swelling of long days. Well suited to flying, pregnancy, exercise, recovery and everyday wear.

Fabric & Care+
Fabric: 55% nylon, 25% spandex, 20% elastic.
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Do not tumble dry; air-dry away from direct sunlight.
- Use a mesh laundry bag to protect the knit.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain the compression.
Sizing+
Available in S/M, L/XL and XXL, plus extended 3XL, 4XL, 5XL and 6XL for a true fit on every leg. Your size comes from your ankle and calf measurements (shoe size is a rough guide only), so check the size guide below. If you are between sizes, or your ankle and calf point to different sizes, go up a size.
Shipping & Returns+
Free delivery on orders over £30. Every order ships with full tracking to your door, usually within 3–7 business days. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and send unworn items back for a refund. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded, and a size that does not fit can be swapped for another within 30 days of delivery (you pay the postage to send it back). An itemised receipt is included with every order.
How Graduated Compression Works
The knit is firmest at the ankle and loosens as it climbs, so the calf muscle can push blood back up rather than let it pool. It may help ease swelling and fatigue and lower thrombosis risk. Ward staff, commuters, runners and expectant mothers wear ours every day.
